Is vSeeBox legal?

Yes, vSeeBox is legal in the US.

vSeeBox is an empty and open entertainment device, YOU (the user) install the apps YOU want to use. Due to the nature of this item, we are not in any way responsible for the content streamed or viewed by any user. All applications are available either through a variety of app stores or through the internet. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that either they or the sites accessed for streaming the content have the correct copyright agreements in place and are entitled to the apps they use. The burden of determining this falls completely on you, the user. vSeeBox, vSeeBoxHD, Shopify or payment processors in no way take any responsibility for how you use this device (which is true of any devices such as cell phones, game consoles, etc.).

If you are accessing digital channels without paying for the same, you will have legal issues since streaming anything without having a subscription is a crime.

It is important to state that the device itself is an empty platform for entertainment purposes. It is designed to host applications that can be downloaded at the user's discretion from various app stores or the internet. We emphasize that the responsibility for selecting and streaming content via these applications rests solely with the user. The customers are advised, through our disclaimer, to ensure that their activities comply with the relevant copyright laws. As such, our product serves merely as a conduit for content and we explicitly deny responsibility for the actions taken by our customers using the device.

So, before you stream anything over the internet through ANY android TV box, make sure you have the subscription license for the content you watch. You can get the vSeeBox product on our website and it’s completely legal to use within the terms above.

Happy streaming!
